The production process not only produces high quality biofuels but also eliminates large quantities of C02 gas, thus alleviating one of the major hazardous by-products from coal fired power stations. The Algae. Tec IPO will raise funds to finance a full scale demonstration plant estimated to be completed in May 2011.
